Cancellation & Refund Policy

FinTaxLife believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore maintains a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy

  1. General Cancellations:
    Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of fulfilling the request.
  2. Non-Eligible Items:
    • Cancellation requests for perishable items or time-sensitive services are not accepted. However, refunds/replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered service is unsatisfactory.
  3. Damaged or Defective Deliverables:
    • In case of receipt of damaged or defective deliverables, report the same to our Customer Service team within 15 days of receipt. The request will be entertained once the issue is reviewed and validated.
  4. Mismatched Expectations:
    • If the deliverable received does not match the service description or your expectations, bring it to the attention of our customer service team within 15 days of receipt. An appropriate decision will be made after reviewing the complaint.
  5. Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 days.

Refund Policy

FinTaxLife is committed to fulfilling your requirements with our services and support. We strive to deliver the best accounting, business registration, taxation, financial advice, and compliance services.

Key Points:

  1. Penalty or Tax Payments:
    • FinTaxLife and its team act as corporate service providers. While we are responsible for preparing necessary filings, the client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data provided. FinTaxLife is not liable for penalties, taxes, or other costs outside its scope of services.
  2. Factors Outside Our Control:
    • Issues such as government rejections due to data errors, backlogs, or problems with government platforms (e.g., Income Tax website, GST website) are beyond FinTaxLife’s control and are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Refund Eligibility:
    • Cancellation Before Processing: Full refund minus a 10% cancellation charge if canceled within 72 hours from the request date.
    • Service in Progress: 40% of the service fee will be refunded for cancellations during the processing stage.
    • Non-Refundable Services: Services already processed, filed, or completed are not eligible for refunds. However, clerical errors from FinTaxLife will be rectified without additional charges.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Fees and penalties paid to the government are non-refundable.
    • Deduction of fees for completed processes or incurred costs.

Change of Service

  • Requests to change the service to a different one must be made within 72 hours of the original request. The total fee will include the differential value between services.
  • Services cannot be transferred to a different person/entity with a different PAN.

Requesting a Refund

  3. Evaluation and Approval: Refunds will be evaluated within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Force Majeure

FinTaxLife shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, legal changes, or other acts beyond our control.
